Salary Range: $48,000 - $76,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound sales inquiries via phone, email, and web.
- Prepare and deliver accurate product quotes, proposals, and lead times.
- Process sales orders and ensure all details are accurately entered into the system.
- Maintain and update customer information and sales activities within the CRM database.
- Provide product information, technical specifications, and application support to customers.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities with existing customers.
Recommended Qualifications
- Proven experience in inside sales, preferably within a B2B manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, products, or industrial sales cycles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on active listening and persuasive articulation.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for managing leads, opportunities, and customer data.
- Ability to understand and effectively communicate technical product specifications and solutions to customers.

- Previous experience selling technical or manufactured products.
