Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.
• Supervise, train, and mentor a team of production employees, providing guidance and feedback.
• Monitor production schedules and adjust workflow as needed to meet targets.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies, promoting a safe work environment.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
• Conduct performance reviews and address employee performance concerns.
• Maintain production records and report on key performance indicators to management.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing processes.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, with a strong understanding of production processes and equipment.
• Demonstrated leadership skills, including the ability to motivate, guide, and develop a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to convey instructions clearly and resolve conflicts effectively.
