Salary Range: $77,000 - $114,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans for manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Design and implement automated test procedures to ensure product quality.
• Analyze test results, identify root causes of defects, and recommend corrective actions.
• Document test procedures, results, and defect reports.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Maintain and calibrate test equipment.
• Perform validation testing on new or modified manufacturing lines.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Proven experience in developing and executing test plans and procedures for manufactured products.
• Familiarity with automated test equipment (ATE) and test software (e.g., LabVIEW, Python, C++).
• Strong understanding of statistical process control (SPC) and data analysis techniques.
• Experience with root cause analysis and defect tracking methodologies.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and specifications.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with automated testing frameworks for embedded systems.
• Familiarity with statistical process control (SPC) principles.
• Knowledge of Six Sigma methodologies.
• Experience with LabVIEW or other test automation software.
• Understanding of Lean manufacturing principles.
