Salary Range: $64,000 - $95,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the organization, inventory, and maintenance of all tools, dies, fixtures, and equipment.
• Implement and enforce tool control policies and procedures to prevent loss and damage.
• Schedule and coordinate the repair, calibration, and replacement of tooling.
• Train and supervise tool room personnel, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
• Ensure the timely and accurate procurement of new tooling and supplies.
• Maintain detailed records of tool usage, repair history, and inventory levels.

• Monitor tool room budget and identify cost-saving opportunities.
