Salary Range: $74,000 - $111,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute test plans and procedures for manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Perform functional, performance, and reliability testing on manufactured products.
• Analyze test results, identify root causes of defects, and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with R&D, production, and quality assurance teams to ensure product quality and process efficiency.
• Develop and maintain test documentation, including test cases, reports, and validation protocols.
• Troubleshoot and repair test equipment and fixtures.
• Participate in the qualification and validation of new manufacturing equipment and processes.
• Monitor and report on key quality metrics related to manufacturing test processes.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, or Computer Engineering.
• Proven experience in designing, developing, and deploying automated test solutions for manufacturing environments.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as LabVIEW, Python, C#, or C++ for test automation.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control methodologies (e.g., SPC, Lean, Six Sigma), and root cause analysis.
• Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex electrical, mechanical, and software issues in test equipment and production units.

Bonus Qualifications

• - Experience with Six Sigma methodologies.
• - Familiarity with statistical process control (SPC) software.
• - Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles.
• - Certification in quality control (e.g., ASQ CQE).
• - Experience with automated test equipment (ATE) programming.
