Salary Range: $74,000 - $111,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans and procedures for manufactured products.
• Design and build test fixtures and equipment to automate testing processes.
• Analyze test results, identify root causes of failures, and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure product quality and manufacturability.
• Document test procedures, results, and failure analysis reports.
• Maintain and calibrate testing equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Participate in product development lifecycle reviews and provide testing insights.
• Monitor and report on key quality metrics related to product testing.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with test automation frameworks and scripting languages (e.g., Python, LabVIEW).
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and debugging hardware and software issues.
• Familiarity with testing methodologies and best practices in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
• Knowledge of quality control processes and standards (e.g., ISO 9001).

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with SQL for database querying and validation.
• Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) for test automation.
• Knowledge of statistical process control (SPC) principles.
• Experience with Jira or other bug tracking systems.
• Understanding of Six Sigma methodologies.
