Salary Range: $67,000 - $99,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the organization, inventory, and maintenance of all tools, dies, fixtures, and equipment.
• Supervise and train tool room personnel, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to safety protocols.
• Implement and manage preventative maintenance schedules for all tooling to minimize downtime.
• Procure and manage spare parts and consumables for the tool room.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure tooling readiness and troubleshoot issues.
• Maintain accurate records of tool usage, repairs, and calibration.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement in tool room operations.
