Salary Range: $61,000 - $91,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the tool room, ensuring efficient tool management and availability.
• Supervise and train tool room personnel, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
• Implement and maintain inventory control systems for all tooling, fixtures, and spare parts.
• Ensure proper maintenance, repair, and calibration of all tools and equipment.
• Develop and enforce safety procedures and best practices within the tool room.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to identify tooling needs and resolve issues.
• Manage the procurement and stocking of new tooling and consumables.
• Maintain accurate records of tool usage, maintenance, and repair history.
