Salary Range: $69,000 - $108,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for production staff, engineers, and maintenance teams.
• Assess training needs through performance reviews, skill gap analysis, and consultation with department managers.
• Design and deliver training materials, including manuals, presentations, and hands-on exercises, for new hires and existing employees.
• Coordinate and schedule training sessions, ensuring minimal disruption to production schedules.
• Track and report on training progress, effectiveness, and ROI, identifying areas for improvement.
• Maintain training records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Facilitate the onboarding process for new manufacturing employees, covering safety, quality, and operational procedures.
• Stay current with industry best practices and emerging training technologies to enhance learning initiatives.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
• Proven experience in developing, implementing, and evaluating training programs, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and training software.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

Bonus Qualifications

• - Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles and their application in training programs.
• - Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) for tracking and reporting training completion.
• - Certification in a relevant field such as Certified Professional in Training Management (CPTM) or similar.
• - Experience in developing and delivering e-learning modules or virtual training sessions.
• - Strong understanding of OSHA or other relevant manufacturing safety regulations.
