Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute validation protocols for manufacturing equipment, processes, and software.
• Document all validation activities, including deviations, changes, and approvals.
• Analyze validation data and prepare comprehensive validation reports.

• Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory guidelines (e.g., FDA, cGMP).

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Biomedical) or related scientific field.
• Proven experience in developing and executing validation protocols (IQ, OQ, PQ).
• Strong understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, ISO).
• Experience with various manufacturing processes and equipment (e.g., aseptic processing, packaging, automation).
• Proficiency in statistical analysis and data interpretation for validation reports.
• Excellent documentation, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Bonus Qualifications

• - Experience with statistical process control (SPC) software and analysis.
• - Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
