Salary Range: $64,000 - $102,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for production staff, supervisors, and new hires.
  • Identify training needs through performance reviews, skill gap analyses, and operational requirements.
  • Design and deliver engaging training materials, including presentations, manuals, and hands-on exercises.
  • Coordinate training schedules, logistics, and resources to ensure efficient and effective delivery.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and impact on key performance indicators.
  • Maintain training records, track employee progress, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Stay updated on manufacturing best practices, new technologies, and relevant industry standards for training content.
  • Collaborate with department managers and subject matter experts to tailor training to specific operational needs.

Recommended Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in developing, implementing, and managing training programs, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and other training technologies.
  • Experience with needs assessment, curriculum development, and evaluation of training effectiveness.

Bonus Qualifications

  • - Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) administration and reporting.
  • - Certification in adult learning principles or instructional design.
  • - Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
  • - Experience developing and delivering e-learning modules or digital training content.
  • - Proficiency in data analysis to measure training effectiveness and ROI.
