Salary Range: $106,000 - $154,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and optimize end-to-end value streams from customer order to delivery, focusing on flow, pull, and waste reduction.
- Identify, analyze, and implement improvements across the value stream using lean manufacturing principles and tools.
- Develop and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) for value stream performance, such as lead time, cycle time, inventory turns, and first-pass yield.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and problem-solving within the value stream team and cross-functional departments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., production, engineering, supply chain, sales) to ensure alignment and drive value stream initiatives.
- Champion the implementation of lean tools and techniques such as Kaizen, 5S, Standard Work, and Visual Management.
- Manage and develop the value stream team, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback.
- Ensure the value stream meets customer demand, quality standards, and cost objectives.
Recommended Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Demonstrated success in mapping, analyzing, and optimizing value streams to reduce waste and improve flow.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to drive change across multiple departments.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Experience with manufacturing processes, supply chain management, and production planning.
Bonus Qualifications
- - Experience with Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
- - Proven ability to implement and manage digital transformation initiatives within a value stream
- - Strong understanding of supply chain optimization and logistics
- - Experience with advanced manufacturing technologies (e.g., automation, IIoT)
- - Demonstrated success in cross-functional team leadership and stakeholder management
