Salary Range: $60,000 - $87,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations, ensuring adherence to schedules and quality standards.
• Supervise, train, and mentor a team of production associates, providing guidance and feedback.

• Implement and enforce safety procedures and best practices on the shop floor.
