Salary Range: $68,000 - $102,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts for finished goods using statistical models and market intelligence.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to gather demand inputs and align forecasts.
• Analyze historical sales data, market trends, promotional activities, and new product introductions to identify demand drivers and risks.
• Monitor forecast accuracy and bias, implementing corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Facilitate the demand review process as a key part of the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) cycle.
• Identify and communicate significant demand changes or potential supply constraints to relevant stakeholders.
• Manage and optimize demand planning software and tools to enhance forecasting capabilities.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in demand planning or a similar supply chain role within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced planning software (e.g., APO, Kinaxis, IBP).
• Strong analytical and statistical skills, with experience in various forecasting methodologies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork.
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis, modeling, and reporting.

Bonus Qualifications

• APICS CSCP or CPIM certification.
• Proficiency in advanced statistical analysis tools (e.g., R, Python) or machine learning for demand forecasting.
• Experience developing and maintaining dashboards in BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) for demand performance visualization.
• In-depth knowledge of specific advanced planning modules within major ERP systems (e.g., SAP APO, Oracle Demantra).
