Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert technical support and guidance to customers and sales teams on manufacturing applications.
• Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and proof-of-concept projects for potential clients.
• Analyze customer manufacturing processes and requirements to recommend optimal product solutions.
• Assist with the integration, implementation, and optimization of manufacturing equipment and software.
• Develop and deliver technical training sessions for customers and internal teams.
• Collaborate with R&D and product management to provide customer feedback for product development.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to product performance and application.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Manufacturing) or a related technical field.
• Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, particularly with automation, industrial controls, or production machinery.
• Demonstrated ability to provide technical support, product demonstrations, and solutions to customers.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on troubleshooting complex technical issues.
• Proficiency with relevant industrial software, hardware, or control systems common in manufacturing applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical explanations and customer engagement.

Bonus Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency with specific CAD/CAM/CAE or simulation software (e.g., SolidWorks, Mastercam, Ansys).
• Experience with industrial automation systems, PLCs, or robotics.
• Certification or practical experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
