Salary Range: $89,000 - $130,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead complex root cause analysis and implement robust corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Develop, implement, and maintain advanced quality control plans and inspection strategies for new product introduction (NPI).
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization using statistical methods (SPC, MSA, Six Sigma).
• Collaborate cross-functionally with design, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to integrate quality requirements.
• Conduct advanced statistical analysis of manufacturing data to identify trends, predict failures, and drive data-driven decisions.
• Manage and improve supplier quality performance through audits, performance monitoring, and issue resolution.
• Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards (e.g., ISO, AS9100, IATF) and regulatory requirements.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of progressive quality engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Expertise in core quality tools including FMEA, Control Plans, PPAP, SPC, and Root Cause Analysis (e.g., 8D).
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and/or IATF 16949 quality management systems.
• Demonstrated ability to lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certification preferred.

Bonus Qualifications

• ASQ Certified Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt
• Certified Lead Auditor (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949, AS9100)
• Demonstrated experience in Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and Design for Quality (DFQ) principles
• Proficiency in advanced statistical software (e.g., JMP, R, Python for data analysis)
