Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert technical support and guidance for manufacturing applications and products.
• Develop and demonstrate tailored solutions to optimize customer manufacturing processes.
• Collaborate with sales teams to identify customer needs and define technical requirements.
• Conduct product training and workshops for customers and internal stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues in production environments.
• Create detailed technical documentation, application notes, and best practice guides.
• Gather customer feedback to influence future product development and enhancements.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing) or a related technical discipline.
• Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, automation, or industrial machinery.
• Experience in a customer-facing technical role, providing solutions, support, or training.
• Proficiency with CAD/CAM software, simulation tools, or industrial control systems (PLCs, HMIs).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to diagnose complex technical challenges.
