Salary Range: $57,000 - $84,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily assembly line operations to meet production targets and schedules.
• Manage, train, and mentor a team of assembly technicians and operators.
• Ensure adherence to quality control standards and manufacturing specifications.
• Implement and monitor safety protocols to maintain a secure and compliant work environment.
• Optimize assembly processes for efficiency, productivity, and continuous improvement.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, equipment malfunctions, and material discrepancies.
• Schedule and allocate resources (personnel, equipment, materials) effectively.

Recommended Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing assembly environment, with at least 1-2 years in a lead or supervisory capacity.
• Proven leadership and team management skills, including the ability to train, motivate, and manage performance.
• Solid understanding of assembly processes, quality control standards, and manufacturing safety protocols.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents, blueprints, and work instructions.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma certification
• Proficiency with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software
• Strong mechanical or electrical aptitude, demonstrated by relevant certifications
• Experience with new product introduction (NPI) processes or product launch management
• Multilingual abilities, particularly Spanish, in a diverse workforce environment
