Salary Range: $89,000 - $135,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement continuous improvement strategies using Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies.
• Lead and facilitate improvement projects across manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
• Train, coach, and mentor employees at all levels on continuous improvement principles, tools, and techniques.
• Analyze current state processes, identify root causes of inefficiencies, and propose data-driven solutions.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success and sustainability of improvement initiatives.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, problem-solving, and waste reduction throughout the organization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and integration of new processes.
• Standardize best practices and ensure proper documentation of improved processes and work instructions.

Recommended Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification (or equivalent expertise).
• Proven experience leading continuous improvement initiatives in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data analysis skills.
• Demonstrated ability to facilitate change, train teams, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) or Theory of Constraints (TOC) methodologies.
• Proficiency in advanced statistical software (e.g., R, Python) or manufacturing simulation tools.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Experience implementing CI within highly automated or regulated manufacturing environments.
