Salary Range: $51,000 - $78,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine calibration, adjustment, and repair of manufacturing test and measurement equipment.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive calibration records and documentation in accordance with quality standards.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with instruments and equipment, implementing corrective actions.
- Develop, review, and update calibration procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Ensure all calibrated equipment complies with internal quality standards and external regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO 17025).
- Manage and update the calibration schedule to ensure timely service for all critical equipment.
- Select and utilize appropriate calibration standards and reference equipment.
Recommended Qualifications
- Associate's degree in electronics, metrology, or a related technical discipline.
- 2+ years of experience performing calibration on various measurement and test equipment.
- Strong understanding of metrology principles, calibration techniques, and measurement uncertainty.
- Familiarity with industry calibration standards (e.g., ISO 17025, ANSI/NCSL Z540.1).
- Proficiency in using and troubleshooting a wide range of test and measurement instruments.
- Ability to accurately document calibration results and utilize calibration management software.
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) or asset management software.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and repair a variety of instrumentation.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles.
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools, such as Excel macros or basic scripting.
