Salary Range: $48,000 - $75,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Process bi-weekly payroll, including tax filings and benefits administration.
- Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations.
- Oversee general office administration, including supply management and facility maintenance.
- Support HR functions such as new hire onboarding and employee record keeping.
- Provide administrative assistance to the management and production teams.
- Prepare financial reports and assist with month-end closing procedures.
Recommended Qualifications
- Full-cycle bookkeeping experience, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
- Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and advanced Microsoft Excel for financial analysis and reporting.
- Demonstrated ability to process payroll, manage benefits, and ensure compliance with relevant tax regulations.
- Strong organizational and administrative management skills, including office supply management and vendor relations.
- Familiarity with manufacturing accounting principles, such as inventory management or job costing.
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems common in manufacturing environments.
- Basic understanding of inventory management principles.
- Familiarity with cost accounting concepts.
- Experience providing HR administrative support.
