Salary Range: $65,000 - $92,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee daily assembly line operations to ensure production targets are met.
• Manage, train, and develop a team of assembly technicians, fostering a high-performance culture.

• Knowledge of manufacturing quality standards, continuous improvement principles (e.g., Lean, 5S), and safety protocols.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills for production challenges.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience applying Lean manufacturing principles (e.g., 5S, Kaizen) or holding a relevant certification.
• Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems for production planning and inventory management.
• Basic proficiency in reading and interpreting CAD drawings or technical schematics.
• Proven ability to train and mentor team members on complex assembly procedures.
