Salary Range: $81,000 - $126,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and integrate electrical control systems for manufacturing equipment and processes.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair complex electrical and automation issues on production lines to minimize downtime.
- Manage electrical engineering projects, including upgrades, installations, and commissioning of new machinery.
- Ensure compliance of all electrical systems and installations with safety standards (e.g., NFPA 70E) and industry codes.
- Program, configure, and maintain PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, and other industrial automation components.
- Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance strategies for electrical infrastructure and machinery.
- Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to optimize electrical system performance and reliability.
Recommended Qualifications
- Proficiency in PLC programming (e.g., Allen-Bradley, Siemens) and HMI development.
- Strong understanding of industrial control systems, including VFDs, servos, and sensors.
- Experience with power distribution systems, motor control, and electrical safety standards (e.g., NFPA 70E).
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis on complex manufacturing equipment.
- Familiarity with CAD software for electrical schematics and panel design.
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with diverse PLC platforms and industrial automation systems.
- Familiarity with robotic systems (e.g., FANUC, KUKA, ABB) and their integration into manufacturing processes.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
- Experience with industrial vision systems for quality control and process automation.
- Proficiency in SCADA/MES systems and data analytics for process optimization.
