Salary Range: $61,000 - $93,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are partnering with organizations in Allendale that are seeking Industrial Electricians. These companies are committed to building strong teams and are looking for professionals who can lead initiatives effectively. Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and components in manufacturing machinery and facilities.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical malfunctions using scheoscopes, multimeters, and other testing equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance on electrical systems to minimize downtime and ensure operational efficiency.
• Interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals to guide installations and repairs.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies, including Lockout/Tagout procedures.
• Collaborate with engineers and other technicians to optimize electrical systems and improve manufacturing processes.

Recommended Qualifications

• Journeyman Electrician certification or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years experience in industrial electrical maintenance.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics and blueprints.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for PLCs, motor controls, and industrial machinery.
• Experience with variable frequency drives (VFDs) and servo systems.
• Knowledge of NFPA 70E safety standards and arc flash mitigation.
