Salary Range: $96,000 - $143,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize costs and efficiency.
• Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure favorable terms.
• Oversee inventory management, including forecasting, planning, and control.
• Lead and mentor a team of supply chain professionals.
• Collaborate with production, logistics, and sales to ensure timely product delivery.
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, including geopolitical and natural disaster impacts.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain processes.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain management within a manufacturing environment
• Proven experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) for supply chain functions
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and their application to supply chain processes
• Demonstrated ability to optimize inventory levels, reduce costs, and improve on-time delivery
• Certification in Supply Chain Management (e.g., CSCP, CPIM) preferred

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with ERP system implementation or optimization
• APICS CSCP or CPIM certification
• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
• Experience with global S&OP processes
