Salary Range: $63,000 - $93,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We partner with manufacturers across Mattawan seeking Tool Room Supervisors who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the tool room, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
• Manage the maintenance, repair, and calibration of all tools and equipment.
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs for tooling.
• Supervise and train tool room technicians, fostering skill development and safety adherence.
• Maintain accurate inventory records of tools, spare parts, and consumables.
• Collaborate with production and engineering to support manufacturing needs and resolve tooling issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies within the tool room.

Recommended Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing tool room environment.
• Proven experience in supervising or leading a team of technicians.
• Strong knowledge of various machining processes (e.g., milling, turning, grinding, EDM).
• Proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings, blueprints, and GD&T.
• Experience with preventative maintenance programs for tool room machinery.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex tooling and production issues.
