Salary Range: $59,000 - $86,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and train production line staff.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform minor repairs.
• Optimize production schedules to meet output targets.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain accurate production records and inventory.

Recommended Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team of production employees
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and safety procedures
• Experience with production scheduling and resource allocation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to troubleshoot production issues and implement effective solutions

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
• Proficiency in using an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
• Demonstrated ability to train and mentor new or less experienced team members.
