Salary Range: $65,000 - $103,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are collaborating with multiple companies in Grandville seeking experienced Training Manager / Coordinators. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain training programs for manufacturing processes and safety protocols.
• Coordinate and schedule training sessions, ensuring minimal disruption to production.
• Facilitate classroom and hands-on training for new hires and existing employees.
• Track and report on employee training progress and completion rates.
• Collaborate with department managers to identify training needs and develop solutions.
• Maintain training records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Recommended Qualifications

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) administration.
• Familiarity with Six Sigma or Lean manufacturing principles.
• Certification in instructional design or adult learning (e.g., CPLP, ATD).
• Experience with virtual reality (VR) or augmented reality (AR) training tools.
• Bilingual proficiency, especially in Spanish or other languages common in manufacturing.
