Salary Range: $106,000 - $154,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Define and optimize value stream mapping, identifying and eliminating waste.
• Lead cross-functional teams to improve end-to-end flow and reduce lead times.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean methodologies and tools.
• Collaborate with product development, operations, and sales to align value stream activities with strategic goals.
