Salary Range: $64,000 - $102,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are collaborating with manufacturing firms in Zeeland that are seeking skilled Training Manager / Coordinators. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver technical training programs for manufacturing personnel.
• Coordinate external training providers and manage training schedules.
• Maintain accurate training records and track employee certifications.
• Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and development opportunities.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics.
• Create and update training materials, including manuals, presentations, and job aids.
• Manage the learning management system (LMS) for content delivery and user administration.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in training development and delivery, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Proven ability to design, implement, and evaluate effective training programs for diverse audiences (e.g., shop floor, supervisors, engineers).
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
