Salary Range: $70,000 - $109,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are collaborating with manufacturing firms in Hudsonville that are seeking skilled Warehouse Managers. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, and shipping of raw materials and finished goods.
• Develop and implement warehouse procedures and policies to optimize efficiency, safety, and inventory accuracy.
• Manage and mentor warehouse staff, including hiring, training, performance evaluations, and scheduling.
• Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular cycle counts, and reconcile discrepancies to maintain accurate stock records.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, company policies, and quality standards within the warehouse environment.
• Collaborate with production, logistics, and supply chain teams to optimize material flow and meet production schedules.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse productivity and reduce operational costs.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software.
• Demonstrated knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong understanding of OSHA regulations and safety protocols relevant to warehouse operations.

Bonus Qualifications

• Six Sigma or Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) implementation or optimization.
• Proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., advanced Excel, Power BI, Tableau) for performance tracking and reporting.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a diverse team through mentorship and training programs.
• Bilingual (e.g., Spanish, Mandarin, etc.) to support a diverse workforce.
