Salary Range: $46,000 - $71,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Perform welding operations using various techniques (MIG, TIG, Stick) on diverse materials.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols to determine project specifications.
• Inspect finished welds for quality, accuracy, and adherence to established standards.
• Troubleshoot and repair welding equipment, ensuring optimal functionality and safety.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.
• Collaborate with engineers and production teams to optimize welding processes and resolve technical issues.
• Document welding procedures, material usage, and inspection results accurately.

Recommended Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Welding Technology or a related field.
• AWS Certified Welder (CW) certification.
• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing welding, including MIG, TIG, and Stick processes.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols.
• Strong understanding of metallurgy and weld defect analysis.
• Experience with robotic welding systems and programming.
