Salary Range: $73,000 - $112,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and shipping of raw materials and finished goods.
• Implement and maintain inventory control systems to ensure accuracy and minimize discrepancies.
• Manage and develop warehouse staff, including hiring, training, performance management, and scheduling.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, company policies, and quality standards within the warehouse.
• Optimize warehouse layout and processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and space utilization.
• Collaborate with production, logistics, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth material flow and on-time delivery.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs and enhance operational performance.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in warehouse management within a manufacturing environment
• Proven ability to optimize inventory management systems and reduce carrying costs
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
• Demonstrated experience in leading and developing a diverse warehouse team
• Proficiency in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP software
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with automated warehouse systems (AS/RS, AGVs).
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher certification.
• Proficiency in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) like SAP EWM or Oracle WMS.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
