We are looking for a Technical Manager to lead a small team of Field Service Engineers, combining hands-on technical expertise with team leadership. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong technical knowledge who is looking to move into (or grow within) a supervisory role.
The Role
As Technical Manager, you will:

Lead and manage a team of 2 Field Service Engineers, providing coaching, support, and day-to-day supervision.

Oversee installation, maintenance, and repair activities, ensuring customer satisfaction and service excellence.

Act as a trusted technical contact for clients, ensuring any issues are resolved quickly and effectively.

Coordinate service schedules, allocate workloads, and prioritise tasks.

Travel internationally around 4 times per year (to the Middle East, France, and Scandinavia) to support projects and clients.

Ensure compliance with health & safety standards and industry regulations.

Drive continuous improvement across service processes and technical delivery.
About You
Were looking for someone who:

Has previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role within a technical or engineering environment.

Possesses strong technical knowledge and the ability to step in hands-on when required.

Is a natural communicator with excellent people-management skills.

Can prioritise effectively, delegate tasks, and maintain high service standards.

Is open to occasional international travel.
