About the Role
TRC is recruiting for a Parts Pro on behalf of a leading provider in the Ground Support Equipment (GSE) sector. This role is perfect for someone with strong parts, warehouse, or customer service experience who wants to be part of a growing business supporting the aviation industry.
Youll be responsible for sourcing, processing, and managing parts orders, while ensuring customers receive excellent service and warehouse operations run smoothly.
What Youll Do
- Provide high-quality customer service, including order processing, quotations, and invoicing.

Source and manage parts from both local and international suppliers.
- Handle stock control activities including inventory counts, returns, and stock management.
- Support warehouse operations such as receiving, picking, transfers, and put-away.

Ensure all activities follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
What Were Looking For

2-4 years experience in parts, warehouse, or customer service roles.

Knowledge of automotive, industrial, or aviation parts.

Comfortable using ERP systems and MS Excel.

Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with accuracy and attention to detail.

Forklift/pallet jack experience (preferred).

GSE industry experience a bonus.
