Job Title: Charter Broker

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates 

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Charter Broker to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing aircraft charter requests, sourcing suitable aircraft, negotiating with operators, and providing exceptional service to clients. This role requires strong sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills within the aviation sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming charter enquiries from initial request through to booking confirmation and post-flight follow-up.
• Source and negotiate with aircraft operators to secure competitive rates and suitable aircraft options.
• Prepare and present tailored charter proposals to clients.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, aircraft operators, and industry partners.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
• Ensure all flights are operated in compliance with relevant safety and legal requirements.
• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of aircraft availability, market rates, and industry trends.
• Provide 24/7 support to clients as required, ensuring seamless service delivery.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Charter Broker or similar role in aviation sales/operations.
• Strong knowledge of aircraft types, charter regulations, and market dynamics.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Willingness to be on-call outside regular business hours as needed.
