Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to lead and grow both aeronautical and non-aeronautical revenue streams at a regional airport in the UAE. This is a key leadership position that will play a critical role in the airports commercial strategy, business development, and revenue generation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead commercial strategy with 60-70% focus on aeronautical business and 30-40% on non-aeronautical business.
• Drive airline onboarding initiatives, with a particular emphasis on charter flights and East European carriers.
• Develop and deliver airline acquisition presentations and manage route profitability analysis (Route P&L).
• Spearhead revenue growth across Duty Free, Car Parking, and Advertising business units.
• Collaborate with airport leadership to enhance route development and increase passenger throughput.
• Ensure the commercial team is aligned with the strategic goals of the airport.
• Work closely with the CEO and other executive leaders to implement growth initiatives.

• Lead and mentor a team of 23 commercial and operational staff.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated success in onboarding new airlines and charter operators.
• Strong financial acumen, including experience with route-level profitability and airline incentives.
• Proven track record in generating non-aero revenues from Duty Free, parking, and advertising.
• Experience working in or with small regional airports is highly preferred.
• Postgraduate degree in Business, Management, or a related field (preferred).

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

• Willingness to relocate (if applicable) and reside in UAE.
