The GM Talent & Capability works closely with India CHRO, Business People Partners and senior business leaders to understand priorities and shape talent requirements. You'll translate local needs into the global talent agenda, help develop and communicate talent plans, and support the delivery of key talent processes. This role will also identify opportunities to pilot new initiatives, contribute to the design of global solutions, and help drive successful implementation and change. This role is perfect for someone who brings fresh ideas, collaborates confidently across global and local teams, and wants to shape the future of our talent strategy.

Were looking for someone who can link business challenges to effective talent solutions, with broad experience across areas such as learning, leadership, talent development, succession, performance, and DEI. You'll be confident delivering impactful talent processes and facilitating team and individual development programs, using a range of tools. You'll have experience co-designing and implementing programs, managing projects end-to-end, and coordinating stakeholders in a matrixed environment. Strong advisory, influencing, and collaboration skills are essential, along with the ability to provide practical, insight-driven solutions to people and talent challenges.
