Working closely with the Board and executive leadership team, the CIO will shape and deliver a group-wide technology strategy that simplifies, integrates and modernises the company's technology environment. It's a genuine greenfield opportunity — the chance to build the roadmap, governance, architecture and operating model from the ground up.

An early focus will be coordinating an implementation of a common ERP platform and bringing together a range of legacy systems and infrastructure currently operating across the group. Beyond integration, the role offers the opportunity to use technology to genuinely improve how the business operates — driving automation, strengthening data capability, improving cybersecurity and supporting smarter, faster decision-making.

We're looking for someone with experience in manufacturing, logistics, wholesale, retail, consumer goods or another operationally intensive environment. You'll likely have led technology functions within a complex group or multi-entity business and have a background leading technology transformation, including major enterprise-wide initiatives such as ERP implementations, and operational improvement initiatives.

You'll bring a pragmatic, commercially minded approach, with the ability to build strong relationships across both operational and corporate teams. Comfortable working with executives as well as on-site with frontline operations, you'll combine strategic thinking with a hands-on mindset and a genuine passion for modernising businesses through technology.
