We are seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated Remote Data Entry Specialist to support our team by inputting, updating, and maintaining accurate data in our systems. This is a fully remote position ideal for individuals who enjoy routine tasks, working independently, and ensuring data accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter and update data into spreadsheets, databases, or internal systems.

  • Review and correct data to ensure accuracy and completeness.

  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

  • Follow established procedures and guidelines for data entry.

  • Communicate with team members via email or chat as needed.

  • Perform light administrative tasks as requested.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Basic computer skills (typing, internet navigation, email).

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or similar software.

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

  • Reliable internet connection and a computer or laptop.
