We are looking for a detail-oriented and self-motivated Data Entry Specialist to join our team. This is a fully remote position ideal for individuals who enjoy working independently, have basic computer skills, and are comfortable entering information accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:

Enter data from various sources into the company database

Verify and correct data where necessary

Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information

Ensure accuracy and consistency in all data entries

Organize files and perform basic data cleanup tasks

Communicate with team members via email or messaging tools

Meet daily or weekly data entry targets
Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (especially Excel or Sheets)

Good typing speed (at least 35 WPM) and attention to detail

Ability to follow instructions and work independently

Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace

Previous data entry experience is a plus but not required
