Talent Fishers is an independent Executive Search boutique group specialized on the Asian markets since 2007. We cooperate through a unique network of fully owned branches all over the region, proactively interacting together to provide the highest level of tailor-made recruitment solutions to regional clients.
Since 2021, Talent Fishers is integrated in a joint-venture with Beaumont Group, to form a global independent executive search group, with over 20 branches all around the world working together as part of global industries practices. Asia teams can rely and partner with an Asia desk based in Europe, leveraging our Beaumont European branches and teams to promote our ability to support European clients headquarters with Asia based searches.
Talent Fishers is established in Hong Kong, Shanghai, Singapore, Bangkok, Ho Chi Minh City Jakarta and Mumbai.
Founded by European entrepreneurs in Asia, we are now extending in the MENA region!
As part of our ambitious next 3 years plan, Talent Fishers is hiring an Director (Future Partner) based in MENA to develop our regional presence and scale our operations up, in terms of quality of searches and international reach.

As a DIRECTOR (FUTURE PARTNER), your role will be to:
- represent Talent Fishers within the international business communities in MENA markets in order to develop Talent Fishers brand awareness amongst potential clients and partners
- develop a business flow within the international corporations headquarted in MENA for recruitment assignments in MENA markets, Europe and all over Asia
- Coordinate with Asia and Europe based colleagues in delivering a business flow within the international corporations headquarted in MENA for recruitment assignments in your markets
- develop partnerships within strategic service providers in MENA to develop a substantial clients portfolio for our executive search activities
- co-create (with Marketing) and develop content online (website and social networks) to develop Talent Fishers brand awareness towards international business communities
- be a cultural facilitator as part of recruitment projects involving clients and candidates from different nationalities, cultures, and potentially interacting remotely
- Recruit, train, support and manage a team of consultants in generating leads, developping new clients partnerships and delivering outstanding executive search solutions in and for MENA through:
- client briefing to understand the companys environment, the positions mission and the requirements for successful candidates
- define a sourcing strategy and supervise its implementation with the research team
- evaluate candidates potential through resume screening, video and face to face interviews
- report assignments status and send shortlist of candidates to clients (project follow-up files, candidates score cards, )
- support both parties in employment agreement negotiation
- follow the candidates integration
