Scope: Management of a multicultural, high-performing team across the APAC region

Mission:

• Drive sustainable, profitable growth across Life Sciences sectors in APAC.

• Shape and execute strategic sales initiatives while managing a sector P&L.

• Build strong market presence, nurture key client relationships, and lead diverse teams with vision and authenticity.

• Align regional strategies with ambitious sustainability, inclusion, and innovation goals.

Profile sought:

- Visionary leadership experience in Life Sciences or related industries.
- Solid understanding of APAC markets, notably China.
- Proven success in strategic sales management, budget responsibility, and talent development.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to inspire cross-functional collaboration.
