As we continue expanding globally, we are looking for an experienced Executive Search professional in North America to become our Managing Partner – US / North America and lead the development of our business in the region.
The Opportunity
This is not a traditional employee position.
It is an entrepreneurial Managing Partner opportunity for a senior executive search professional who wants to build or accelerate their own business platform in North America, while benefiting from the credibility, infrastructure, tools, methodology and international delivery capacity of an established executive search group.
You will develop the North American market under the Talent Fishers brand, with the support of our group platform for:
- Marketing and business development initiatives
- Client presentations, proposals and methodology
- International sourcing support
- Research and candidate identification
- Cross-border delivery across Asia, Europe, Morocco and the Middle East
- Access to existing group knowledge, tools and operational processes
- Collaboration with experienced partners already active in international executive search
The objective is to build a strong North American practice serving both:
- North American companies expanding or hiring internationally, especially in Asia, Europe, Morocco and the Middle East.
- International companies seeking leadership or management talent in the United States and Canada.
Your Role
As Managing Partner – North America, you will be responsible for developing Talent Fishers' business in the US and Canadian markets.
Your mission will include:
- Building and managing a portfolio of North American clients
- Identifying companies with international hiring needs
- Selling retained executive search and recruitment advisory mandates
- Developing relationships with CEOs, founders, CHROs, private equity firms, family businesses and international groups
- Leading business development initiatives in your market
- Managing client relationships from initial discussion to mandate signature
- Coordinating delivery with Talent Fishers' teams and sourcing resources in Asia, Europe, Morocco and the Middle East
- Developing local and cross-border search assignments
- Representing Talent Fishers in North America with professionalism, credibility and entrepreneurial energy
You will have the ability to originate and develop mandates not only in North America, but also in regions where Talent Fishers is already active, including:
- Asia
- Europe
- Morocco
- Middle East
- Cross-border assignments between North America and international markets

Ideal Profile
We are looking for a senior professional with:
- Proven experience in executive search, retained recruitment or leadership advisory
- A strong network in the US and/or Canadian business community
- Experience selling search mandates to senior decision-makers
- Ability to build trusted relationships with CEOs, founders, investors, CHROs and business leaders
- Entrepreneurial mindset and strong commercial drive
- Interest in international business and cross-border recruitment
- High standards of professionalism, ethics and client service
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with an international group
- Previous experience in sectors such as industrial, technology, life sciences, consumer goods, professional services, private equity portfolio companies or international trade would be valuable
