KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The Display and Programmatic Lead forms part of the Digital Marketing Department and is responsible for supporting the performance of the Groups comprehensive digital media footprint, including traffic generation and conversion across all online and mobile channels. The Lead is for planning, managing and executing comprehensive digital media campaigns across desktop, tablet, mobile and video.

Specific duties will include Programmatic campaigns, display (branding) campaigns as well as Install campaigns), and includes:

Set up, implement and manage performance of campaigns globally, across all platforms.


  • Campaign and budget optimization to ensure targets are met and exceeded.

  • Providing suggestions for DSPs, DMPs and responsible of setting up PMPs and direct deals

  • Responsible for reporting campaign performance and ROI in line with channel goals and KPIs, on a weekly/monthly basis.

  • Manage the delivery of creative assets, insertion orders, campaign artefacts and all relevant campaign documentation in preparation for campaign launch.

  • Build and grow the relationship with our existing and new media partners.

  • Providing benchmarks for future campaign performance to aid business decisions.

Offer technical support in trafficking and tagging in terms of troubleshooting.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED


  • Solid experience in:

  • Running and optimizing successful Programmatic and Display Media campaigns in a competitive sector

  • Ad serving, tagging and web analytics

  • Working with multiple stakeholders and meeting tight deadlines

  • Working across international markets


  • Exceptional understanding of Digital ad technology with knowledge of multiple media buying platforms (DSPs, Ad Exchanges, Display Networks, PMPs, etc.)

  • Understanding and ability to leverage Data Management Platforms (DMP) such as BlueKai, Adobe Audience Manager etc.

  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to engage stakeholders and build strong working relationships

  • Advanced MS Excel skills

  • Great understanding of the sports and casino media landscape

  • Passionate about digital marketing with a keen interest in continuous learning and development required for the role

  • Highly numerate and analytical with ability to discover valuable insights from data sets

  • Regularly shows initiative to identify problems and opportunities

  • Highly focused, organized and adaptive

  • Exceptional attention to detail and a great communicator

  • Team player with the ability to work autonomously and take ownership of your work

  • Ability to work well under pressure

  • Ability to quickly and proficiently understand and absorb new information.
