Job Title: French Retention Agent
Location: Bali

Job Summary:
We are seeking experienced French Retention Agents with a minimum of 11 years of relevant experience to join our dynamic team in Bali. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and a proven track record in retention strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and retain existing French-speaking clients through proactive communication
• Address customer concerns and resolve issues efficiently to maintain satisfaction
• Develop and implement retention strategies tailored to client needs
• Collaborate with sales and customer support teams to maximize customer loyalty
• Document interactions and outcomes accurately in CRM systems
• Achieve retention targets and contribute to overall customer satisfaction goals

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 11 years of experience in a similar retention or customer service role
• Fluency in French and excellent communication skills in English
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in customer retention in a high-volume environment is preferred
