Job Description:

We are excited to expand our team and are looking for an experienced Team Leader with a TEAM to build and manage a full Japanese Desk team in Thailand. This role involves leading multiple team members, ensuring top-quality service, and maintaining excellent relationships with Japanese clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead & Manage: Oversee the daily operations of a full Japanese Desk team.

Client Liaison: Serve as the main contact for Japanese clients and partners.

Team Development: Provide training, guidance, and mentorship to team members.

Performance Monitoring: Track and improve team performance metrics.

Process Improvement: Collaborate across departments to optimize workflows.

Recruitment & Onboarding: Expand and develop the team as needed.

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a similar leadership role, managing a team.

Language Skills: Fluent in Japanese (both spoken and written).

Leadership Skills: Strong management and interpersonal skills.

Adaptability: Able to handle a fast-paced environment and multitask.

Proactive: Self-motivated with attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with Japanese clients.

Knowledge of Japanese business culture or relevant tools.
