Base Salary: From €2,000 + Bonuses

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an experienced and motivated HR Manager to join our growing team in Limassol.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience within the industry, with a strong understanding of recruitment processes, candidate management and employee relations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage the full end-to-end recruitment process
• Source, screen and interview candidates
• Coordinate interviews and recruitment procedures
• Work closely with management to identify hiring needs
• Maintain and develop a strong talent pipeline
• Support onboarding and employee integration
• Manage employee relations and HR matters
• Maintain accurate HR records and documentation
• Support the development and implementation of HR procedures
• Contribute to a positive and professional company culture

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the industry
• Recruitment process experience is mandatory
• Strong understanding of recruitment and HR procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational and time-management abilities
• Proactive, responsible and solution-oriented approach
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Professional attitude and strong people skills
