Job Title: Japanese Conversion & Retention Team Leader
Location: Sri Lanka (Immediate hire)

Well-established global FX firm seeking experienced Japanese-speaking leaders to drive conversion and retention performance for their Japanese market operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and motivate a team of Japanese-speaking conversion and retention specialists to meet KPIs (conversion rate, retention/churn, revenue per client).
- Monitor team performance, set targets, conduct 1:1s, performance reviews and training.
- Collaborate with marketing, product and compliance to align campaigns, promos and messaging for the Japanese market.
- Ensure quality assurance, adherence to regulatory and internal compliance requirements, and maintain high customer experience standards.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year proven experience as a Japanese Conversion or Retention Team Leader in the FX (foreign exchange/forex) industry.
- Native or fluent Japanese (verbal and written) and strong English communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage performance, coach teams and hit conversion/retention targets.
- Solid knowledge of FX products, trading platforms and customer lifecycle in financial services.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using CRM, contact center tools, and reporting dashboards.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
