Position: Conversion & Conversion Agents (German)

Location: Georgia 

Job Overview:

We are currently seeking highly motivated and results-driven Conversion & Conversion Agents who are fluent in German to join our team. As a Conversion & Conversion Agent, you will be responsible for converting leads into sales and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Contact potential clients through phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication to convert them into sales

- Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention

- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any inquiries or concerns from clients

- Meet and exceed sales targets on a regular basis

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to better understand client needs and preferences

- Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times

Qualifications:

- Fluent in German (written and spoken)

- Previous experience as Conversion & Retention agent in FX industry is A MUST.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities

- Self-motivated and results-driven mindset

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Proficient in using CRM systems and other sales tools

- Strong organizational and time-management skills

- Willingness to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
